How to calculate volume of stone masonry wall quantity of sand cement and labour cost :
First of all you know how to find slope in wall through the basic formula
For slope formula
If the give in drawing base or height. How to find slop
Base/height = slope
For height formula
If the give slop or base then you find height
Base / slope = height
For base formula
If the height or slop given then find base
Slope x height = Base
Quantity of this section of wall
Step 1st : Find stone volume :
Length of wall is 8 m
V1= 8x0.23x2.2=4.04 m3
V2=0.6+1.9/2=1.25x4.72x8=47.2m3
V3=0.05x0.6x8=0.24m3
Total volume
4.04+47.2+0.24= 51.488m3
Step 2 : Find required cement:
Given 1m3 = 1.5 bag
Total cement = 51.488x 1.5=77.23 bags
Volume of 1 bag cement in m3 =0.0347m3
1.5x0.0347= 0.05205m3
77.23 bag of dry cement =
0.0347x77.23= 2.679m3
Step 3: Find required sand:
Ratio= 1:5
Sand should be use 5 time of cement.
1m3= o.5205x5=0.26025m3
Total volume of send =0.26025x51.488=13.39m3
Step 4 : Find required stone
Total stone = total volume - cement volume-sand volume
51.488-13.39-2.679=31.419m3
Step 5 : Foundation
L= 8m B= 4m. H = 2m
Volume = 8x4x2 =64m3
Total volume= 51.488m3
Cement=77.23bags. (2.679m3)
Sand=13.30m3
Stone=35.419m3
Foundations= 64m3
Rate analysis.
Stone= 35.419m3
Per tractor =2.5 m3
Take 2.5m3
=35.419+4.109/2 = 14.167
Per tractor = Rs 4500/-
4500x14.167= Rs 63754.2/-
Cement=77.23
Per bag =Rs 750
Take 750x77.23= Rs 57922.5/-
Sand=13.39m3
Tractor =Rs4500
Per tractor 2.5m3
13.39/2.25= 5.356. tractor
4500x3.356=Rs 24102/-
Labour per m3 Rs 1400
Total cost =1400x51.488= Rs72083.2/-
